Our attitude

For Max, the quality of wine is not a matter of prestige but a question of integrity which includes the cultivation of base wines. He can rely on the viticulture experience of several generations of the Pfannebecker family. Max possesses the open-mindedness and the feeling to further develop the estate with new ideas.

Since the vintage of 2007, vineyards have been cultivated ecologically. At the same time, the amount of manual labor has been increased. All wines are now vegan.

At this point in time, it is the family’s intention, through the care of the grapevines and of the soil to keep viniculture alive for the future.
